Find Your Passion
In order to lead others, you first need to find your passion. What drives you? What gets you out of bed in the morning? Once you find your passion, it will be much easier to share it with others and inspire them.
If you want to lead others, you need to be confident. Confidence is contagious and people will be drawn to you if they see that you believe in yourself. Be careful not to come across as cocky, however. There is a fine line between confidence and cockiness.
Leaders need to be enthusiastic about what they are doing. If you’re not excited about your work, it will be hard to get others on board. Find ways to stay enthusiastic and motivated, even on the tough days.
Be Willing to Take risks

Leaders are often risk-takers. They are willing to step out of their comfort zones and try new things. This can be scary, but it’s also essential for growth. If you want to inspire others, you need to show them that you’re not afraid to take risks.
