How Does Your Marketing Agency Nurture Leads?

Lead nurturing can be somewhat of an art but it doesn’t have to be difficult.  Here are some simple tips on how your marketing agency can better nurture the leads you have.

Keep a Close Eye on Your Leads

This may seem like an obvious one, but it’s important to keep a close eye on your leads and their activity. Are they opening your emails? Clicking through to your website?  Engaging with your content?

If you see a lead is starting to go cold, reach out and try to re-engage them. Sometimes all it takes is a personal touch to get them back on track.

Nurture Your Leads With Relevant Content

One of the best ways to nurture your leads is by providing them with relevant, targeted content. This could be in the form of blog posts, eBooks, infographics, or even just helpful tips and tricks related to their industry or business.

Make sure your content is valuable and engaging, and that it’s something your leads will actually find useful. Otherwise, you run the risk of turning them off completely.

Automate Where You Can

There are a lot of lead nurturing tasks that can be automated, which can save you a ton of time in the long run. From email drip campaigns, social media posts, to sms automation there’s a lot that can be taken care of with just a few clicks.

Automating your lead nurturing process will free up time for you to focus on other tasks, like generating new leads or working on closing deals.

Personalize Your Communications

When you’re communicating with a lead, always try to personalize your message as much as possible. This could mean addressing them by name, referencing something you know they’re interested in, or even just offering a helpful piece of advice.

The more personal you can make your communications, the better. Your leads will appreciate the effort and it will help to build a stronger relationship between you and them.

Stay in Touch Regularly

One of the most important aspects of lead nurturing is simply staying in touch with your leads on a regular basis. This doesn’t mean bombarding them with emails or calls, but rather keeping them updated on your latest offerings, sending them helpful content, and just generally staying top of mind.

The more you stay in touch with your leads, the more likely they are to eventually do business with you.

One of the things we do inside the Done For You Agency Program is to set up your automated nurture sequences so you don’t miss opportunities.
